jajee Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jajee ("jajee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at jajee.io and its associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By accessing or using jajee in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or playing any game — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions.

These Terms apply to all players accessing jajee from Bangladesh, including users located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar, as well as all other regions. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jajee is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

jajee reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jajee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another party.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or intermediary for any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You are accessing jajee on your own behalf and using funds that belong to you personally.
• You have not previously been excluded from jajee or had an account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a jajee employee or contractor, unless written permission has been granted.
• You are not using jajee in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

jajee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds at any point before or after a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on jajee. Opening, operating, or attempting to benefit from multiple accounts — including accounts opened in another person's name — is strictly prohibited. jajee employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all bonus funds and winnings derived from the duplicate account may be voided and the accounts may be permanently closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided at registration may result in immediate account suspension. jajee is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to safe and compliant operations, jajee requires all players to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC documents may include a national ID card, passport, driver's licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Documents must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and current residential address. jajee uses these documents solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Currency

All jajee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and winnings are displayed and processed in BDT. jajee does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jajee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jajee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify jajee's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised. jajee is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

All bets, deposits, and withdrawals placed from your account are assumed to have been made by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to the relevant transaction. jajee reserves the right to suspend or lock an account at any time if unusual activity is detected, pending an investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-based payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. We also support selected bank transfer options via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jajee is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though jajee reserves the right to apply limits on a per-account basis for compliance or security reasons.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours from the time the request is submitted, subject to successful KYC verification and the completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.4 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jajee does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment account not matching your registered name may be reversed and the originating account suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Fees

jajee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, your mobile financial services (MFS) provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jajee accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by jajee are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 10x, 20x) will be clearly stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets; bets placed with bonus funds may count at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jajee reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and permanently close accounts where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using prohibited betting patterns (e.g., low-risk arbitrage exclusively during bonus periods), or providing false information to claim a promotion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free bets expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on jajee are subject to acceptance by jajee at its sole discretion. jajee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet — including live (in-play) bets — without notice. Bets placed on events where the result is already known at the time of placement will be voided. This applies equally to cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and all casino game rounds.

7.2 Game Integrity

All casino games available on jajee, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jajee does not modify or influence game outcomes beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) figures provided by game developers.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a bet or game round, jajee reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any funds deducted in connection with a voided round will be returned to the player's account balance. jajee is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own connection failure or device malfunction.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

jajee may apply maximum single-transaction or daily winning limits on specific games or markets. Where applicable, limits will be communicated in the relevant game or market information. Payouts exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum limit.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jajee and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Attempting to access jajee services on behalf of another person, including through power of attorney, without explicit written consent from jajee.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account data, or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in the jajee platform or any game to obtain unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on jajee.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game environment.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using jajee to process proceeds of criminal activity in any form.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jajee staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the jajee platform or any game.

jajee cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and may share account information, transaction records, and communications with relevant authorities where legally required or where we reasonably suspect criminal activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jajee platform — including but not limited to the jajee brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game content, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of jajee or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jajee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jajee platform without prior written consent from jajee.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jajee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses.

jajee's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jajee account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jajee makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that results displayed on the platform are accurate or complete in real time, and we are not responsible for any decisions made on the basis of information displayed on jajee.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

jajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the jajee platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your jajee account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding charges, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Account Suspension or Termination by jajee

jajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to jajee, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall govern in all cases. Any translated versions provided for convenience are non-binding.
